Doctor Consultation Services (Online & Clinic Appointments)

Refunds: We understand that your schedule may change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your doctor consultation appointment. Here's how our refund policy works

1. If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund.
2. If you cancel your appointment after 24 hours but before 12 hours then 50% refund and below 12 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.
3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or if the doctor cancels the appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Health Card

3. After 7 days of purchase, no refunds will be issued.
